Protection Adviser / Client Review Specialist
Location: Hybrid | Watford + Working from Home
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 Basic + Performance Bonus
Realistic OTE: £60,000 – £70,000
Are you an experienced Protection Adviser looking for better-quality leads, stronger earning potential and the opportunity to focus on advising rather than chasing business?
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and growing business where you will work with warm protection opportunities from an existing customer base — not cold leads.
You will be speaking to existing clients, reviewing their current protection arrangements and identifying where better or more suitable cover may now be available based on their circumstances.
This role offers a strong mix of advising, relationship management and business generation, giving you access to high-converting opportunities while also allowing you to build additional business through referrals and client relationships.
You will work closely with highly experienced advisers, giving you strong support and a collaborative environment focused on performance and client outcomes.
The Role
Advise clients on Life Insurance, Critical Illness and Income Protection
Review existing customer protection arrangements
Speak with warm, high-quality leads from an established client base
Identify opportunities to improve client cover and outcomes
Generate additional business through referrals and relationship building
Work closely with experienced advisers and senior members of the business

Proven experience as a Protection Adviser
