IFA Administrator / Financial Planning Administrator

Swindon | Full-Time | Bonus up to 5%
Do you have experience within Financial Services and want to build your career within Financial Planning? We're working with a well-established financial
planning firm in Swindon that's looking for an IFA. Administrator to join its growing team.

You don't need previous IFA experience. It would certainly be an advantage, but the business is equally interested in someone with a strong Financial Services background who is organized, good with clients, and keen to learn. You'll work alongside experienced Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, with plenty of support and opportunity to develop your knowledge.

The Role

• Processing new business and client applications

• Liaising with clients, providers and third parties

• Obtaining valuations and policy information

• Preparing documentation for client meetings and reviews

• Monitoring cases and keeping clients and Advisers updated

• Maintaining accurate client records and systems

What We're Looking For

• Experience within Financial Services

• IFA / Financial Planning experience would be ideal, but isn't essential

• Strong administration and organizational skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Confident communication and client service skills

• Someone who wants to learn, develop and build a long-term career
