A well-established and highly regarded IFA firm in Glasgow is looking to appoint an experienced IFA Administrator to join their growing team.

The Role:
You’ll provide full administrative support to Financial Advisers, helping to deliver a high-quality service to clients.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing documentation for client meetings and reviews
Processing new business across pensions, investments & protection
Liaising with providers, clients, and advisers
Managing pipelines and tracking cases through to completion
Maintaining accurate records on back-office systems

Experience working as an IFA Administrator (essential)
